One-on-one meetings are a fantastic idea. To start the ball rolling, meet with your teammates together at the same time in the same room. (That’s called a staff meeting, a team meeting or a department meeting). If you haven’t been doing meetings like that yet, start with an initial team meeting before you begin the one-one-one meetings, so that you don’t freak out your teammates.
